51st Paxil Update - Feeling Fair

Feeling fair. Been having bouts of anxiety, crying spells, and fatigue. I spoke too soon, yesterday was a little hard. I ended up with anxiety with physical symptoms of slight chest pain that came and went, Nervousness, and then my shoulder hurt and I started freaking out because it felt like it was running down my left arm. I did lift a box that was too heavy for me so that's probably where it came from. Within a few minutes I was fine. We are having company today so I think yesterday the anxiety was getting to me.
