4th Zoloft Update - Feeling Fair

Appetite has been gone and body has been achy. Overall, slowly feeling better. Feeling fair. Been having bouts of nausea, anxiety, crying spells, appetite changes, and muscle aches.

Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
