Nothing like summer weather to rev up your energy! I live in the subtropics, so it's spring/summer most of the time. Since I moved here almost 3 years ago from Canada, I can't help notice the difference in my moods - for the better. 🙂

Still feeling pretty good... But, news from last minute: there is a shortage of one of my meds in my country and especially in my city. I was very lucky to find a little bit of it (buspirone) in my neighborhood. But I need a very quick talk with my clinician about tapering this med ASAP because I can and I should.

Prozac — 40 mg — 6 months — holding | Zyprexa — 20 mg — 6 years — holding | Depakote — 600 mg — 8 months — **tapering** | Buspirone — 20 mg — 8 months — holding | with clinician

I have one pack of buspirone 5 which lasts for 60 / 4 = 15 days. I need to make a drop of buspirone from 20 mg to 10 mg ASAP.

I will have to figure out whether I must decrease Prozac first before dropping buspirone. The former is activating and the latter is sedating, that is why....... 👍😘

Thats quite the issue wolf, im sorry youre having that. If all else fails and you dont have access to your meds and youre not doing well you can ask your doctor to prescribe a drug thats most similar in mechanism of action, i can help you with some resources on this if youd like. Going cold turkey could be bad if youve experienced bad withdrawal before, let me know if you need help
