Nice. No crash this time. Slept okey. Mood was pretty stable, a little irritability and negative thinking but kind of reasonable, far from intervention needed. Did gardening. Looking forward for the next days!

There was a lot to dig up first, preparing the beds. Then a variety of vegetables like tomatoes, aubergine, paprika, cabbage, corn, salad but it‘s not sown yet.
