49th Effexor Update - Feeling Okay

9h sleep with a mini dose cyproheptadine (antihistaminic, antiserotonergic)
It’s day 3 after taper and the day was okey and i did not really feel withdrawl. A little more iritability. Now in the evening more of the typical brain inflammation feeling, a little fiery but really okey and not debilitating.
Let‘s see tomorrow.

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
