Feeling okay. Been having bouts of fatigue.

60 mg – 2023: Second tapering attempt.
With a doctor's supervision—but unfortunately, a doctor who doesn't know how to properly taper off an antidepressant.

Hi, are you increasing your dose because of severe withdrawal symptoms?

- Aripiprazole / Abilify:
17-May-2026 (15mg -> 10mg)
11-July-2026 (10mg-> 7.5mg
17-Aug-2026 (7.5mg -> 5mg)
9 months - actively tapering
- Procyclidine 5mg - 9 months - actively tapering
- Propranolol - 20mg - 1 year - holding
- Xanax - 0.25mg - 7 months - holding

Hi Guava, Yes, I'm slowly increasing my dose to try to get out of these severe withdrawal symptoms. I've been experiencing withdrawal symptoms for about eight months, and they gradually became worse. However, I don't want to increase the dose too quickly again. Based on the hyperbolic tapering theory, I believe the same principle should also work in reverse as I try to find the dose at which I can stabilize. Things are already significantly better than they were four weeks ago.
