Yes, I'm slowly increasing my dose to try to get out of these severe withdrawal symptoms. I've been experiencing withdrawal symptoms for about eight months, and they gradually became worse.
However, I don't want to increase the dose too quickly again. Based on the hyperbolic tapering theory, I believe the same principle should also work in reverse as I try to find the dose at which I can stabilize.
Things are already significantly better than they were four weeks ago.
