42nd Risperdal Update - Feeling Good

Feeling good. Had a couple of headaches the last few days, but that's not unusual for this time of the month. Had lots of family visiting this month, all gone home now so getting back to normal and trying to rebuild a healthy routine. I haven't decided yet whether or not to reduce the dose in November. I could leave it alone and focus on quitting smoking because I know that will be immensely destabilising, for sleep and anxiety especially. Very nervous about that, but curious about vaping too. Anyway!
