40th Effexor Update - Feeling Poor

Slept in two phases a 3,5h. Feeling better than yesterday, but a bit strange, a little like walking through mud woth headpressure, little insecure. Didn‘t do much today.
I‘m going out now. It smells like spring and flowers at night, great. Hope i get a nice evening in the next bigger city and don‘t feel too much authistic 😄 i‘ll see.

Hi Steve, I'm glad you're feeling better than yesterday. I know how difficult it is to put into words how you're feeling. It's hard to describe sometimes. I'm glad you were able to get some rest.
