3rd Zoloft Update - Feeling Poor

Feeling poor. Had decent morning on sunday(compared to almost any other mornings that have intense adrenaline surge, dread etc), but than awful from around noon.
Yesterday was horrible until around 3-4pm, when a window just appeared that felt somewhat like baseline(unbelievable stuff)
Again awful this morning.
