3rd Seroquel Update - Feeling Good

September 3, 2026··
I went to the gym and don't have sugar cravings and I'm getting a night time routine sorted. I feel emotional for a minute and then I get blunted, I can't cry. I'm slowly returning and it feels amazing when I get breakthroughs. I feel better if I don't have chocolate

Aren't the cravings bizarre? Last night I was desperate for icecream and I don't usually eat that. And most of the time I satisfy the craving but feel sick afterward. At least this time around I know im not crazy because its not just me. Blessings ❤️

No it's not just you and you're not crazy. I've started going to the gym this week and I'm sleeping better. I'm using cold water as therapy which calm me down as well. So.i seem to be swapping food for physical feelings to avoid the sickness I get from certain foods now. I'm gradually learning that chocolate and sugar don't make me feel well at the moment, so I don't want it. Nice to meet you Janette, thanks for the connection 🤗
