Feeling good. Been having bouts of fatigue. Also, hot flashes, which went away over a year ago, have come back. Not sure if due to meds or perimenopause (I am 60).

I'm having the same dilemma, wondering what's causing hot flashes and excessive sweating. Could be the taper, could be one of my other drugs, could be hormonal. It's frustrating. Glad your mood is good though!
