I'm glad that for the most part you're feeling okay. I've had times when I've felt so irritable that I would get on my OWN nerves lol. It's a part of the healing process and will get better with time. Hang in there!
Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg

Hi Bozo... I'm glad you're felling good. Irritability during tapering is really common. Sometimes, I couldn't get out of my own way when I'd get irritated. Your tolerance window for things gets smaller as your nervous system is under a lot of stress.
I find it helpful to lower my expectations, take space before reacting and sometimes, even telling people I've had to see "I'm not at my best today," helps to prevent things from escalating.
