3rd Depakote Update - Feeling Fair

Feeling better than average, which will surely fall back to average tomorrow due to depakote's strong stabilization. Been having bouts of weakness and dizziness. If all goes well, will make a cut by 40% starting tomorrow.

@Based Psychiatrist The idea behind the large cut:
  • it is a mood stabilizer and those are easier to cut
  • my nervous system is in a pretty good shape!
  • I waited one extra week after the last cut and will wait one extra week before next cuts

40% is quite large, maybe 20% and see how you feel and you can alsways cut more? But you are the master of your own body so i will be here to support you in either case

Yes I will risk it definitely. I will risk 40% because I will have to make one more similar cut someday, one exactly like now, and my liver needs faster tapering and so on. I don't think it's much of a risk at depakote.

We don't have smaller pills, I could do 300-0-500, that would be 20% but this is not what I agreed with my clinician, and sprinkles don't work because last time I tried sprinkles they very much did not agree with me.

If they made 200 mg pills instead of 300 mg pills in my country, this would be much much easier.
