39th Effexor Update - Feeling Good

Feeling pretty good today. No brain zaps or weird things with my vision. Anxiety feels better. I've been sleeping very deeply these past few nights, and I think it's because I've been taking walks outside and have gotten some Vitamin D.

A day with no brain zaps and weird vision things is a win! I'm completely convinced that spending as much time outside and getting vitamin D, is the answer to a lot. We weren't meant to be cooped up inside!
