36th Cymbalta Update - Feeling Fair

Feeling fair. Been having bouts of fatigue.
I slept very poorly last night, but I think it was probably due to eating late and having acid reflux during the night.
I'm not going to judge my progress based on this one bad day. I'll keep an eye on the overall trend over the next few days instead.

Cymbalta — 13mg — 17 Jahre — holding -with clinician - 90 mg – 2021: First tapering attempt.
60 mg – 2023: Second tapering attempt.
With a doctor's supervision—but unfortunately, a doctor who doesn't know how to properly taper off an antidepressant.

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
