Feeling ok, but a bit of a setback that I might have expected. A week of patchy insomnia, getting a lot worse, so as from now putting dose back to where I was fine, stabilising till symptoms subside, waiting a couple more weeks then, if things are still going well, re-starting the taper at 5% cuts rather than 7%. Here's hoping.

Seroquel โ 69 mg โ 13 years โ actively tapering
Sounds like a good idea and if that's what your body is telling you to do, then it's what you should do. But I have a question, what if you just went back 2% instead of back the whole 7%
Just an option my mind came up with and that I personally would ask about in your position. As you have been a couple of weeks, roughly, adjusting
Anyway besides that
I mostly hope you get a good night's sleep again soon. The insomnia withdrawing from quetiapine is horrendous
Saying that my meds are kicking in
Good night R ๐
Seroquel โ 400+ โ 22 years โdown to 100 in 6 months, 100 is taking a lot of time to get used to so resting on 100 for as long as it takes. holding without clinician.
