2nd Seroquel Update - Feeling Okay

Feeling okay. Sleep is my number one problem, along with fatigue. But no psychosis so I'm grateful for that!

Hi, no psychosis on 100 is brilliant ☺️, I found sleep difficult recently and was surprised how much better I slept after I'd been to the gym for a little while. I like the way you have gratitude
Seroquel — 400— 22 years —down to 100 in 6 months, 100 is taking a lot of time to get used to so resting on 100 for as long as it takes. holding | without clinician
