Feeling okay. Been having bouts of fatigue and tinnitus. Also feeling like I'm vibrating a little inside.

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg

@based psychiatrist I started the 2.5mg yesterday. So far it is very manageable but I know in about a week or 5 days in I usually get some anxiety feelings so we will see.
