That sounds rough. Sinus pressure and tinnitus on top of anxiety is a miserable combo. A lot of people find the ear and sinus stuff flares up when the nervous system is adjusting, even without a real infection. Did the irritability and tinnitus start right after your last cut, or have they been building over a few days?
