Feeling okay. Been having bouts of irritability and anxiety. The brain not functions is unbearable. Praying about ripping the bandaid off and going cold-turkey. Taking a week or two off from work to deal with the withdrawal symptoms. I have to have a functioning brain for my job, and I can’t go through this for months.
Hi Krys,
I’m so sorry. I can relate to what you’re going through so much. I’m feeling really awful at the moment too, and the cognitive problems are really getting to me.
I work full-time in engineering, and it’s incredibly difficult to stay focused while also having to cope with all this anxiety.
But please do me one favor and don’t stop abruptly!! What dose are you taking, and how long have you been taking it?
Maybe we can support each other through this. 🫶

Thank you, but I did stop taking it as of Monday. I really didn’t feel I had a choice. My brain was literally not working. Not just brain fog. So far the side effects have been a little nausea and the feeling when I turn my head or walk into a room, my brain is a few seconds behind getting there. Very strange. But my brain is working now just feels like it is physically delayed. Hard to explain.
