29th Effexor Update - Feeling Poor

April 3, 2026··
Ha there it is again. Didn‘t really sleep yesterday and only short today. Feeling fried and really hope tomorrow will be better again as these days feel lost. I have been outside for a little hike but it was hardly enjoyable. Now in the afternoon i‘m feeling s little better than in the morning, still a little lost. Will rest and get this day over.

Can't beat Mother Nature for what ails us... try to do that more often, if you can. Hang in there.
