28th Effexor Update - Feeling Okay

Yesterday was a good day, slept late but good, good mood, exercised, practiced instrument and prepared for a trip to austria, a little stressful but all good. Today i slept short and seem to be in a little worse mood, more irritated and tired. Will see hiw the rest of the day will be. For now it‘s some hours of driving first (not driving myself).

This is great Steve! I've been to Austria and it is such a beautiful country. I hope you have a safe and wonderful trip!

Sorry to hear this. I know for myself, traveling can be a bit stressful. Hopefully you can rest since you don't have to drive.

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 16.64 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
