Feeling poor. Been having bouts of anxiety, depersonalization, depression, and sweating.
Today I'm having intense episodes of depersonalization, along with sweating and anxiety.
In social situations, I'm struggling to concentrate and I'm finding it difficult to properly process what's going on around me. It feels like I'm disconnected from my surroundings.
I really hope this phase passes soon and that things start improving again. 🙏

Hello Chris, I'm sorry to hear you are feeling poor. Do you have a prior support system you can reach out to, one that you have not connected with in some time? I wonder if there is potential that they may be willing to help you during this difficult time.
Cymbalta — 5.2mg — 6 years — actively tapering | without clinician
Thank you, Dominic.
Unfortunately, I don't have a doctor who is supporting me through this. During my first tapering attempt four years ago, my psychiatrist had told me to contact her if I ran into problems. But when I reached out, she turned me away because she was no longer accepting patients. She didn't even remember our agreement that I should get back in touch if I needed help.
My family doctor prescribes my medication, but whenever I talk to him about tapering, it's obvious that he has very little understanding of withdrawal and feels completely overwhelmed by it.
Thank God I have such an understanding wife and children. They're the reason I'll keep fighting through this. 🙏
