I love the fact that on 100mg serequel by the end of the day I feel like my normal self. Finally.
I hate the fact that in a few hours I have to take another dose and feel groggy again
On 400mg I was constantly groggy
Feeling back to normal is a massive relief
I'm loving these evenings
I'm tired from the day but I'm clear headed
Just thought I'd squeeze a positive check in, In 😊

Look like a bit of progress at last, doesn't it, well done. My insomnia seems to be slowly subsiding too, but early days yet.😄 It's going in the right direction at any rate, and I've even done an optimistic "weaning chart" (hate that expression! anyone would think I'm a baby cow) for Elaina, my friendly compounder.
I feel so groggy in the mornings 😴
But yes you're right, I have progressed and I'm kind of glad the waiting list is so long for the psychiatrist because it means I've given my body the time to adjust. The longer I wait, the better I feel and the better evidence to taper me off quetiapine.
I'm glad you're getting your sleep, it's so important. Weaning doesn't seem to be the right adjective, but funny 🤣
