That's made me smile and reminded me, I need to move, because you said about Tai chi. Keep trundling ๐

Tai Chi is great, the version I do now is adapted for seniors a bit, involving balance work, aimed at reducing falls (often the beginning of the end), but also incorporates traditional moves. Just gentle calming moves to nice Chinese music. And, as a plus, a little sweetheart of a teacher! And not expensive unlike most of them who charge a whopping $18 (about 9 UK pounds?) per class, but $NZ 7, which you just pay each time, so if you can't make it you don't pay. You may like to try it if you're able to, I find it's incredibly relaxing. Anyway, if you go to my Taper chart stuff, apparently I'm about to become a "Navigator" whatever the heck that is, even Catina couldn't explain it. Do I get a badge or something? (lol). How weird๐
