20th Effexor Update - Feeling Okay

March 20, 2026··
Only slept 4,5h, awake 2hours, then another 3h sleep. Interestingly i felt okey today, a little agitated by politics and occurences in my country - closed the app. Training felt hard but was successful. Put a little work into my sidejob. Tomorrow is a party, feeling exited for it, i really need to get out again. I think it will stimulate my brain as i‘m feeling mentally slow. All in all it could be worse. Wish you all a great night.

Steve’s taper progress

Dose (mg)
Mood (/10)

off Stimulants (2000-2013)
off Fluoxetine (2010-2013)
off Lamotrigine (2013-2016)
off Quetiapain (2016-2020)

currently Effexor — 33mg — 13 years (from 300mg) — actively tapering | with clinician

Glad you're remaining fairly functional and even feel well enough for a party....I'd say that is a win!

Great job on closing the app. Sometimes, for our own sanity, we have to shut that stuff out.
