1st Seroquel Update - Very foggy

Feeling okay. Been having bouts of dizziness and fatigue. Very groggy. Tapered 25mg 8th October 2026. 4 days ago.

- Prozac - 9 days (adverse reaction)
- Abilify - 15mg -> 10mg -> 7.5mg -> 5mg - 9 months - actively tapering
- Procyclidine 5mg - 9 months - actively tapering
- Propranolol - 20mg - 1 year - holding
- Xanax - 0.25mg - 7 months - holding

Hi @Carmen...welcome! Nice to have you here. You did a 20% reduction, so I hope you'll be okay with that. With Hyperbolic tapering it's best to taper no more than 10% each month from the previous month's dose. The doses will get smaller and smaller as time goes on. It's easier on the brain that way. You've been on this drug a very long time, so take things nice and slow. Slower is faster.
