"if the symptoms do not resolve within few weeks it is better to reinstate" — @YuliawithhopeSymptoms can take longer than a few weeks to resolve. However, if symptoms are unbearable and it's been a long time, some people try a tiny up-dose to see if it improves things. However, if things are manageable and they're getting some windows of improvement, then holding at the current dose will eventually help to stabilize things. Hope that helps!
