1st Lamictal Update - Feeling Poor

Feeling poor. Been having bouts of irritability, anxiety, dizziness, panic attacks at night (very briefly suicidal ideation with them), restlessness, mania.

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg

Thanks for reminding of using those resources! My plan is now to decrease my dose by 12.5mg ever 2-3 weeks. I went back up from 125mg to 137.5mg and am holding there until my symptoms are stabilized, for 2 weeks, so far so good. Then I'll try coming back down to 125mg and see how that goes. Karen
