Feeling poor. Been having bouts of dizziness, nausea, insomnia, anxiety, crying spells, headache, and gi upset.

I'm sorry you're experiencing all those symptoms. They are rough. When I have insomnia, I try to remind myself that just resting does more to rejuvenate me than I think it does. You're likely getting more sleep than you think. Hang in there. It's worth it.
