Feeling good. No specific symptoms. I'm set to reduce my dose on Saturday if i still feel good.

Hi Cat, What is your actially Dose?

Cymbalta — 15mg(12mg) — 17 Jahre — holding -with clinician - 90 mg – 2021: First tapering attempt.
60 mg – 2023: Second tapering attempt.
With a doctor's supervision—but unfortunately, a doctor who doesn't know how to properly taper off an antidepressant.

How much of a reduction will you be doing Cat? Hope all goes well!

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg

I'm going from 60mg to 50mg. I have been tapering by 10mg since I started at 90mg. Ive been lucky that I haven't had any withdrawals. I plan on tapering hyperbolicly (10%) starting at 40mg. Thanks for your question.

By the way my psychiatrist is great but whenever I bring up cutting by 10% she sort of goes quiet. So I've just been going by her 10mg cut recommendations. I plan on bringing up the 10% cuts at my next appointment in a month. I already found a compounding pharmacy that will do the cuts. Fingers crossed that my psychiatrist will go along with this. My psychiatrist is the best doctor I've ever had. She was my inpatient psych when I was in the hospital (4 times). I feel really lucky to have her.
