Hi Guava, Yes, that's right. Since my withdrawal symptoms have been so severe for more than three weeks and are affecting my daily life, I've decided to slowly increase my dose in an attempt to regain some stability. I should add that I had been holding at 12 mg for the past seven months. When the first symptoms appeared, I didn't increase my dose—I simply held, hoping things would settle down, as they always had before. During those seven months, I even had a window of up to eight weeks completely symptom-free before things became much more intense again. This time, though, I'm not going to increase too quickly. My plan is to hold this dose for at least two weeks and carefully observe how things develop. I think that somewhere between 13 mg and 17 mg, the hyperbolic tapering curve finally caught up with me. I'm hopeful that things will settle again soon. Right now, I really need stability so I can function in my daily life. 🙏
