Feeling good. No specific symptoms except for some mild nervousness. Sleep is still good. I'm going out for a walk now. Hopefully that will ease the nervousness.

Thanks for the update Cat. Walking is so good for alleviating stress and anxiety. I'm sure you'll feel better afterwards.

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.28 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Synthroid - 25 mcg
