15th Prozac Update - Feeling Fair

Good call connecting the valium levels to the Prozac. Are the hot flashes related to dosing times?

The hot flashes started with the duloxetine reductions. A few days after dropping to 40mg, lasted a few days and then slowly got better. Hit again but much harder at 20mg. Did not reduce at all after 3 weeks which is when we switched to the prozac. It was most of the day but worst mid afternoon, early evening and early morning before I would normally wake. I dose the valium before bed and prozac when I wake up. Duloxetine was giving insomnia with night dosing so we kept the fluoxetine timing the same. I've read it's the natural cortisol levels rising to prep for wakeup crashing into my meds fighting the other direction that is probably triggering the bad ones that wake me up too soon. Did not have that this morning so again hoping they will continue to fade. Peaks and valleys and such.
