14th Depakote Update - Feeling Okay

June 21, 2026··
Feeling okay. No specific symptoms for three hours. Been having bouts of nervous system related pain. I think it's all going to work out. Not much else to say. Really. Tomorrow's appointment with my clinician, or rather his replacement (not sure where he went). All I am going to say is first ask what are my options and their recommendations, and then just explain my recommendation is to hold for longer.

Wolf’s taper progress

Dose (mg)
Mood (/10)

Prozac — 40 mg — 6 months — holding | Zyprexa — 20 mg — 6 years — holding | Depakote — 600 mg — 8 months — **tapering** | Buspirone — 20 mg — 8 months — holding | with clinician

@Catina She said "if you have stable wellbeing, it should be best to hold these meds". I agreed and will hold for two months.

She also said diet is more important than tapering for the liver and cholesterol. I agreed.
