Feeling poor. Been having bouts of dizziness, depersonalization, anxiety, fatigue, and headache.

Duloxi’s taper progress

Dose (mg)
Mood (/10)

Cymbalta — 15mg(12mg) — 17 Jahre — holding -with clinician - 90 mg – 2021: First tapering attempt.
60 mg – 2023: Second tapering attempt.
With a doctor's supervision—but unfortunately, a doctor who doesn't know how to properly taper off an antidepressant.

Hi Carina, I'm trying to stay calm and reduce as much stimulation as possible. I'm going to wait a little longer before deciding whether I need another very small dose increase. I took a nap this afternoon, which really helped. My perception feels a bit clearer now, and my anxiety has eased. The lack of energy this morning was really tough.

Keeping things low stress definitely helps. I have a hard time handling anything stressful or too stimulating as well. You're not alone. I think giving yourself a bit more time is wise. You gave your body exactly what it needed, so I'm glad you got some rest.
