12th Lexapro Update - Feeling Okay

Feeling okay. Been having bouts of irritability and gi upset...these symptoms are blurring into my typical PMS this week. I was tearful today over a friend's death, and it felt like the first time in a very long time that I was able to feel this range of emotions and actually cry. This seems like a positive adjustment to my emotional spectrum.

So sorry to hear about your friend.
The fact that you could cry over your friend's death and feel that range of emotion is a real sign the taper is letting your nervous system come back online, even if it's raw right now.
