11th Effexor Update - Feeling Okay - Mar 11

March 11, 2026··
Yesterday was good, slept okey, practiced sports and music. Had a little medical intervention, was painful but glad it‘s done and should heal. Had my little gig with the some old folks (calling them the oldstars), it‘s jazz and dixies from the 20s-50s, but it plays the young students out of the room, have a strong urge to do more modern music again. I yearn for the energy, chattiness and community these folks have, feeling pretty alienated from all this. All in all no Symptoms but brain fog. It was late yesterday, didn‘t sleep much but feeling okey, mind foggy. Doing some cardio soon, it will clear up the mind. Repair the macbook display and have another rehearsal for a jamsession on saturday.

I feel you. I feel the same when playing low stakes sports like skiing for fun or other things, vs the pressure of competition. Slow and smooth environments are fun, but the energy is what you remember

I find that exercise is one of the best things we can do for ourselves. Enjoy!
