10th Lexapro Update - Feeling Okay

Good to see an update, JAG. GI upset is a stubborn one, but it often tracks with the taper timeline more than people expect. Is it worse in the morning, or does it flare after you take your dose?

I take my dose upon waking, and I encounter GI upset within 15-20mins which typically carries on until mid afternoon. I have an extremely healthy diet and hydration routine, and prior to beginning my taper haven't had GI upset like this outside of extremely rare occasions. I've added pre and pro biotic foods to my diet to try to support my gut. I'm housebound many mornings because of it.
