Feeling very good. Been having bouts of anxiety.
Today I noticed a significant change.
I slept well and was able to get up without much difficulty. Right away, I could tell that I felt better, and my stomach was much calmer than usual in the morning.
Mornings through the afternoon have usually been the hardest part of a wave for me, but today I had a window that lasted until the afternoon. I did have a brief wave of anxiety after a conversation with my boss—my nervous system probably overreacted a bit—but overall, my concentration and my perception felt much more natural.
I'm trying to avoid putting pressure on myself or getting overly excited too quickly. To be honest, I wasn't expecting this improvement at all.
I'm curious to see what happens over the next few days and whether I'll still need a small dose increase, or if my nervous system will continue to regulate itself.
For now, the overall trend is encouraging.
I'm really grateful to be here and to be learning so much about tapering. It has been incredibly helpful. 🙏
