Help Locating a Safe Place for My Daughter

Hi everyone, My adult daughter was recently in the psychiatric ward twice within a month and went straight from there into a trauma treatment center out of state, which ended up not being a good place for her. We had to transfer her to another facility where she should be until early June. She had addiction issues with Adderall and Marijuana, which she quit a couple of months ago. However, while in the hospital they put her on all kinds of medications and it's just a big mess now. I need recommendations for a safe affordable place for her to get off these medications the proper way. We live in the USA in the Midwest. I am really having trouble finding the proper care for her. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
