TaperCommunity30 years Effexor 225 mg. successfully tapered over 5.5 years in 2025. 30 years Clonazapam. Rapid taper in 2021 led to seizures and akathisia and disability. Reinstated to Temazapam two months later and stayed on 30 mg for 2 years until new doctor reinstated Clonazapam 1 mg in 2024. Kindled. Never stabilized. Currently use walking poles to help mobility. Muscle wasting, dpdr with mild anorexia. Hyperbolic taper using file and scale. Reduce .001 mg currently every second night.
