my way of using milk to reduce clonazepam

Hey all, if you have any feedbacks that can improve my protocol please share. Also copy pasted from my notes app dont mind me (^ ^ゞ  The Medication: 1 blister pack containing your 1mg Epitra tablets/Clonazepam. (Brand here in Bangladesh) The Solvent: Syringe containing exactly 1ml of clean drinking water. The Vehicle: Your chilled carton of  UHT Full-Fat Cream Milk. The Glassware: Your 100ml  graduated cylinder and your primary tempered glass compounding jar. The Extractors: Three clean, dry slip-tip oral syringes (one 20ml, one 10ml, one 5ml , one 1 ml), laid out with their plungers fully depressed. The Cleaning Gear: Your long-handled nylon flask brush, the airbrush micro-brushes, mild dish soap, and clean paper towels. 1. Extract: Pop a single 1mg Epitra tablet from the blister pack and drop it directly into the center of the empty, dry compounding jar. 2. Saturate: Pour the 1ml of water directly onto the tablet. 3. Wait: Step away. Let the jar sit entirely undisturbed for exactly 20 minutes. Watch as capillary action draws the water in, causing the tablet to swell and silently disintegrate into a soft mound.4. Measure: Pour the cold UHT Full-Fat or Full cream milk into your 100ml graduated cylinder until the meniscus rests perfectly at the 100ml line.5. Combine: Pour this 100ml of milk into the jar containing your dissolved tablet and 1ml of water, bringing the total absolute volume to exactly 101ml. Seal the jar tightly.6. Chill: Place the sealed jar in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. This lets the fat globules restabilize 7. Warm: Take the jar out of the fridge and leave it on the counter for 20 minutes. The slight warming drops the viscosity of the milk, allowing microscopic air bubbles to rise and pop. 8. The 20ml or 50 ml Strike: Pick up the jar and shake it violently—hard, multi-directional turbulence for 25 seconds and Stop abruptly. Count: One, two, three. Tilt the jar 45 degrees, plunge the tip of your  syringe deep into the bottom corner of the liquid, and pull the plunger back in one swift motion to the targeted ml line. Squirt this milk straight down the sink drain. 9. The 10ml Strike: Cap the jar. Shake violently again for 5 seconds. Pause for three seconds. Tilt, plunge the 10ml syringe deep into the fluid, pull exactly 10ml, and squirt it down the drain. 10. The 5ml Strike: Cap the jar one last time. Shake violently for 5 seconds. Pause. Plunge the 5ml syringe deep, pull exactly 5ml, and discard it down the drain. 11. Drink: You are now left with exactly  of highly precise, actively suspended medication in your jar. Drink it straight from the jar. 12. The Washdown: Pour a small splash of clean water into the empty jar. Swirl it around aggressively to catch any microscopic milk fat and drug particles clinging to the glass walls. Drink that rinse water. Your dose is fully secured. 13. The Breakdown: Pull the plungers completely out of all three syringes. 14. The Wash:  Wash the syringe barrels, plungers, graduated cylinder, and jar with cold, mildly soapy water. Use the long-handled foam brush for the jar and the micro-nylon brushes for the cylinder. 15. The Cold Rinse: Rinse everything thoroughly with strictly cold water to prevent the rubber syringe stoppers from thermally expanding and degrading. 16.  The Dry: Lay the disassembled syringes and glassware out on clean, disposable paper towels to air dry. 17. The Cold Chain: Immediately place your main carton back into the refrigerator to prevent lactic acid buildup.
